  • I joined Bootcamp at the beginning of May 2010.  I had wanted to get back into doing some kind of exercise after having my “11lb” baby boy in July 2009.  I struggled to lose my baby weight after putting on about 4st and had tried every diet going, but exercise was what I needed!!  My sister and her friend told me that they had seen some kind of “bootcamp” advertised so were going to have a free-trial and see what it was like.  I plucked up the courage to join them and haven’t looked back since!!
     
    After our “free trial”, I felt sick, light-headed, ached from head to toe but absolutely loved every minute of it….and have done since.  I wouldn’t say I’ve lost much weight, maybe about ½ stone, if that, but I have toned up loads.  I am constantly getting comments from people saying how fab I look, asking how much weight Ive lost and a more recent comment of “all your baby –weight has gone”!!

  • ODFC for me is fun based hard core training that ultimately provides prompt, lasting results. The encouragement, commitment and passion all training staff ooze promotes the company exceptionally well.

    Before I tried ODFC I had struggled to maintain a happy body. I had tried every diet, slimming supplements, class, fitness dvd, gym etc. ODFC has shown me that you don’t have to pay above the odds for swanky gym memberships and to embrace the natural environment. Not only has ODFC shown me how to achieve a healthy body but a healthy mind. The training staff have educated me on the physics of my body and furthermore how to maintain a healthy diet, nutrition is key.

    I was extremely nervous to try ODFC as had preconceptions of it being for highly elite athletes and strict military fitness. The fact that it is embraced by men and woman from varied professions, big and small, fit and unfit, young and old, is seriously encouraging.

  • I'm on the first steps of my ODFC journey - after trying every slimming club known to man! I joined in July 2010 and managed 2 sessions a week for 3 weeks then weddings, birthdays (mine) and holidays overtook me!! I've been back properly since August 31st and up to now have improved my fitness and dropped weight and inches noticeably - have a long way to go but loving it so much I'm upping my sessions to 3 a week and actually look forward to 'playing in the park' whatever the weather!! I've also been talked into doing the Newcastle Stampede by all the friendly and supportive people involved in ODFC - bring on more positive changes!!
